Job Description:
Be our clients’ savior whenever our software doesn’t behave itself and our first-level support folks are stumped.
Bestow your technical wisdom upon clients and colleagues, while learning lots more.
Assist clients with macros, and large-scale deployment planning & scripting.
Analyze patterns of client issues and work with the development team to design long-term solutions.
Work both independently and as part of a team, and suggest improvements to our products and work processes.
Be exposed to every area of our company – software development, financial modeling, account management and sales team.
Work on macros using VBA for Excel
Desired Profile:
A graduate from computer science with 0-2 years of experience.
A general technology enthusiast and guru, with a mastery of Windows and a working knowledge of Excel.
A patient, analytical problem solver with a “can do” attitude.
A professional communicator. Be well spoken and have a strong phone presence. Be a good writer, highly proficient with grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Be able to adjust your language to reflect your audience’s level of technical savvy.
A highly motivated self-starter. Other companies may say this, but we actually mean it. You’ll be expected to take initiative and get stuff done without micromanagement.
Familiar with or interested in learning about the financial markets.
