Pay scale: Rs-27700 – 44850 + allowances.
1. Regular: 137 vacancies
2. Ad hoc: 369 vacancies
Age limit: Candidates must not have crossed the age of 35 years and must not have completed as on 30/07/2011.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess a Degree in Law from University recognized by Law of India and must be practicing as an Advocate in courts of civil and/ or Criminal Jurisdiction.
Application Fee: Application fee is Rs-250/- plus Bank charges for SC, ST, BC or disabled persons and Rs-500/- plus Bank charges for all other candidates paid in the form of cash voucher in Current Account No. 30725811785 with the State Bank of India, High Court Complex Branch, Ahmedabad, held in the name of Registrar General, High Court of Gujarat, Sola, Ahmedabad, through any of the Core Banking Service branches of the State Bank of India from 15/07/2011 to 30/07/2011.
Selection Procedure: The mode of selection is Preliminary Test; Competitive Examination consists of main written examination and oral interview.
How to Apply: The eligible candidates have to apply their application form through online application mode from Gujarat High Court website between 16/07/2011 to 30/07/2011 till 23.59 hours.
Instructions for Online Apply:
1. Before online apply candidates scan their photograph and sign and upload at the time of online apply.
2. After successful submission of online application candidates take the print out of two copies of online application form for future reference.
3. Candidates also note the application number and pin number after submitting the online application for downloading the call letters and for appearing at preliminary test, written examination, and viva voce.
4. Candidates should produce the print out of application form along with Original testimonials and one set of self attested Xerox copies and a recent pass port size photograph at the time of viva voce.
