Name of the posts: Graduate Trainees.
Various disciplines: Geology, Geophysics, Reservoir, Chemistry, Programming, Production, Drilling, Cementing, Mechanical, Electrical, E&T, Instrumentation, Civil, Transport, Environment, Finance & Accounts, HR, Medical, Materials Management, Legal and Security.
Pay scale: Rs. 24,900 – 50,500/- with an increment of 3% per year.
Age limit: The candidate’s age limit is 30 years for all the posts except Drilling and Cementing. 28 years for the post Drilling and Cementing as on 12-08-2011, reservation as per rules.
Educational qualification: Candidates see the advertisement for more details of educational qualification and experience.
Application fee: Candidates pay the fee for Rs 500/- for GEN/OBC candidates and Rs 100/- for ST/ST/PWD candidates paid through challan, candidates deposited fee at any branch of State Bank of India in ONGC Powerjyoti A/C Number 30827318409 of SBI.
Selection procedure: The mode of selection is written test/psychometric test/interview basis.

Instructions for online apply:
1. Candidates have to apply through online from the www.ongcindia.com website between 21-07-2011 to 12-08-2011.
2. Before apply online, candidates first download the fee challan from the website and paid at any branch of State Bank of India in ONGC Powerjyoti A/C Number 30827318409 of SBI.
3. Candidates are required valid personal e-mail ID; it provides all information through e-mail.
4. During online registration process, candidates either uploading documents or sending documents by post.
5. Candidates can upload scanned copies of their certificates, photographs and signature, candidates uploading of the certificates need not send the certificates by post.
6. Those candidates not opting for uploading of certificates are required to send the print of original registration slip with signature.
7. A recent passport size colour photograph pasted on the application and signed, along with required essentials and enclosures and fee challan to the following address by ordinary post only Post Box No 10737, Sector 7, Rohini, Delhi-110085, on or before 20-08-2011.
