CAT 2011 Notification / Application Form / Registration Date

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) has published the notification for upcoming common Admission Test (CAT 2011 - 12 ) for admission into various management colleges & institute in next academic year.

Test Notification :
Schedule & Dates are declared officially at the main website www.catiim.in, Interested people can apply online by following simple steps given here. As per the announcement registration for CAT 2011 - 12 will open from 3rd Week of August and will last for 2 to 3 weeks.

Important Dates :
Sales of CAT Vouchers : 17th August 2011 - 26 September 2011,
Registration for CAT 2011 : 17 August 2011 - 28 September 2011,
Examination Date : 22nd October 2011 - 18th November 2011,
Declaration of Result : 11th January 2012.

As per the notification, The CAT 2011-12 will have only two sections instead of three. The first section will focus on Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation; the second on verbal & Logical Reasoning.

CAT 2011 Application Form & Registration Details :
According to the press note candidates seeking for admission into the IIM have to apply online by submitting the CAT Application Form 2011-12 along with the demand draft to the admission committee before the last date. Registration process will run for 4 weeks only, No any application vouchers will be accepted after the last date for registration, So please make yourself ready.
